More than a workout. Individual attention to your body, your story and everything you still want to experience.
Let's care for your movement ↗Your future begins with today's choices.

CARE THAT STARTS WITH YOU
Ageing, living with a health condition or going through recovery does not mean giving up movement, independence and quality of life.
Before planning exercise, we want to understand you. Your story, your pain, your routine, your goals and your current abilities. We then develop a care strategy for this stage of your life.
WHAT MOVES US
Quality of life means having the ability to live well in the years ahead.
PRECISION WITH PERSONAL ATTENTION
Exercise is part of a strategy that begins with assessment and continues with ongoing support.

DNS / UNDERSTANDING MOVEMENT
Developed by Pavel Kolář at the Prague School of Rehabilitation, DNS considers how the nervous system organizes posture and movement. Its principles use motor development patterns to guide assessment and exercise.
Breathing, trunk stability, coordination and joint organization during movement. The aim is to understand how these functions work together.
Positions and exercises are selected according to each person's functional abilities. At Aheads, these principles form part of an individual movement strategy.

The exoPill family by Exosystems offers muscle assessment and digital monitoring tools. For the exoPill-Lite app, the manufacturer describes collection and analysis of muscle biosignals, smartphone monitoring and neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES).
Device information complements movement observation and helps follow care over time.
The choice of tools takes professional assessment and individual characteristics into account. Available functions depend on the model and configuration used.
